Monique our horticulturist, is a passionate flower grower and loves to use her creativity to make beautiful posies and bunches using our biodynamically grown flowers.  You'll also notice how she brings nature into the displays, so for example a sprig of oak signifies male and beech signifies female - perfect for wedding flowers.  You'll probably also find sprigs of beautiful smelling herbs and perhaps some berries from the farm hedgerows.
