We are a community owned biodynamic social farm on the stunning Blackwater Estuary, just outside Goldhanger, Essex.

Our 210 acre farm is home to rare breed cattle and sheep, along with bees and laying hens.  We also grow vegetables, fruit and herbs.  The farm is biodynamic and so is managed in an holistic, ecological and ethical way.  We became a community owned farm in 2017 and have over 140 members.  To date, we are the only community owned farm business in Essex.  We are now extending our membership through our current share offer, to create a sustainable future for the farm and support the amazing work we do.  Learn more about us.
